4-Week Energy Challenge

Join us for a 4-Week Energy Challenge where we’ll walk together to form healthier habits and spark the energy we need to spend time on the things we love most.

Do you often feel tired and burned out? Is your energy being spent on just getting by? Have you been putting off something you’ve always dreamed of doing because you don’t feel like you have the time or energy to devote to it?

Then, let’s walk through a method for identifying those things that drain our energy (Don’t worry. You can keep the kids!) and making time for those things that energize us.

Throughout the four-week process, we’ll cover.

  • Giving up habits that drain our energy.
  • Getting outside more.
  • Getting more exercise.
  • Doing the things we’re most passionate about.

The 4-Week Energy Challenge will include mini-goals, exclusive content, videos, and support and encouragement from other women who are seeking the same kind of positive changes.
